Amazing! I used to make scrambled tofu like this - with mushrooms and spinach - all the time! Then I stopped cause I found out soy is really bad for estrogens 😭 I miss it though ❤ it looks delicious! And Ezra is so funny 😂 hope to see more of this 😘😘

INGREDIENTS:
1 block tofu
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1.5 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp turmeric
2 good pinches Indian black salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Sprinkling of nutritional yeast
1 avocado
Pita bread (or any of your choosing)
