I found badakonasana so easy but anything bringing my foot to my forehead is so difficult for me. I wonder what it is that’s causing this?

Very interesting I like that we repeated movement we don't often do that in yoga classes but that definitely helps to go deeper. Feels like a pretty gentle class.
