I have always avoided the splits for fear of what I would find there. Not realizing my traumas and dust bunnies were running amuck. Hanumanasana today felt powerful like the flag Arjuna and the Pandavas brought into battle. My ailments stand no chance. May the practice ring loudly like Krishna’s conch expelling the dirt I hold and carry within. May I be humble enough to accept what’s there, gentle and strong enough to tackle what needs and to lift and empower what belongs
