This is by far what I find the toughest to ‘achieve’ so to speak and I stayed away from it just because it was ‘hard’. But I started realising truly how important the actual journey is, rather than holding/ getting the pose ! And this has shifted how I really approach practice! Loved this one today!!♥️

Great! I love all your classes! 
One question though…would you have any suggestions on how to grab the strap when you go into the semi wide forward fold in which you make the bind after working the shoulders between the legs with arms reaching to clasp behind low back? 
You should’ve seen me. It was hilarious! I was upside down and kept trying to swing the strap from one hand to the other. I felt like I was trying to Lasso a horse!
