Thanks for this basic flow. I usually do it by myself but sometimes it nice to have it guided. The only thing is that when I wanted to turn the screen sideways the video didn’t fill the whole screen. So excited for the summer training 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Midday Recharge

Have a brief description each class on what it means to a layman and describe the skill level - is it basic, intermediate, the intensity level etc? I had to read from hundreds of the comments to find one person describe  it as a warm up before choosing this. In addition,  you need to feedback to the app developer to improve on playback if the user reverse backward to play the video, it always freezes and I have to exit and play from the beginning which is unproductive because it happens on all videos
