Beautiful class. Poses were attainable. Legs get tired with toe stands but released full body tension. Thank you for a wonderful class.

Loved it very much. Super calming and grounding. I did a pincha mayurasana instead of halasana because for me it's a very grouding pose. When I feel distracted, this pose helps to bring focus back and to feel steadier  😇

This is my most favorite class! Not too tough, but we can grounding for sure. Thank you Talia!

I am not sure which posture or which of talias words gave this release in tension all over my body but this is the most grounding practice that i stayed on till the end. Some postures are unattainable but practice makes perfect. Thank you.
