Hello Talia, what do you think of using a metronome when counting the breaths which depending on the number that is set changes entirely the amount of breaths per minute, and if so which bpm would you use? 
Also, I noticed that in my own practice I as well breath in upward, from my lower abdomen to the top of my chest (which, as I was taught, isn’t the Madras way), but my breathing out seems to go the same way, from  my pelvis upward. Is it something that. Is this something that seems incorrect to you?
