At 15 years old i weighted 40 kgs, I felt weak and insecure. Determined to change, I researched nutrition and joined a gym. Despite initial challenges, I persevered, pushing myself through workouts. Over time, I gained 10 kgs of lean muscle, reaching a healthy 50 kgs. Beyond the physical changes, working out became my therapy, instilling discipline and confidence. My journey taught me that transformation is possible with dedication and perseverance, enriching not just my body but my mind and spirit too.
