Before starting, I thought I knew kettlebells, what I actually knew was what a kettlebell was. I was wearing gloves and wristbands as I thought this prevented teats and bruising. Taco and Anna taught me the basics and drilled them in with the leave your ego at the door motto, which I still live by to this day. I can’t praise this membership highly enough, great workouts along with the accompanying videos for warm up and workout techniques, common mistakes, alternatives and progressions, prep work and of course follow along warm up, workout and cooldown. Such a variety of workouts to do and the new 1 every week is always great. I came in as a beginner and feel I’ve improved 100% through their guidance. They are always on hand with any questions or queries I have. I 100% would recommend (which I do to all my friends), 2 hard-working people providing a great platform to learn and progress with kettlebells. I’m a longtime Kettlebell Workout member and I must disclose that I am thrilled to have the quality of workouts provided. Each week, there are new and curated workouts for us which includes all the details from start to end. The workout videos are broken into an introduction, programming, warm up and workout technique which goes through specific instructions on how to perform each movement properly and safely, common mistakes, alternatives and progression, prep work followed by the follow along workout and cooldown. Videos are professionally recorded and edited. the workouts specify the goal and intensity so that you know what to expect which is exactly what I needed. One does not have to utilize every video and you can choose to jump straight into the follow along workout if you choose to but I like having all detailed instruction and information. I chose to join because I have the best quality workouts designed by a Coach who has carefully and strategically designed the workouts for specific goals. In addition, other members are encouraging and the coaching offered has been very helpful to me. Personally, I am learning so much being a part of the community and this has helped me with proper form and technique as a newer kettlebell enthusiast. This is way better than paying for a gym membership and having to fight for equipment and no instruction. I’m here to do what I love most, and that is to share my knowledge with the world and help people like yourself to get stronger, more flexible, more mobile, fitter, healthier, and happier with the use of the kettlebell and uniquely designed kettlebell workouts for all levels.
