This is a full body workout program that spans over six weeks with three workouts a week. The program contains big compound movements and the most important isolation exercises. The program explains in a understandable and simply way which body-part is being trained and the exercises too be done. The program is progressively increasing in weight and reps, so you always have something to strive for. It fits for the beginners and intermediate people that wishes to put their workouts in a more systemized manner. The focus of the program is high repetition with lower weight, but also heavier weight with lower reps. The program is set up the way I trained when I started with strength training. I have my own methods to get strong and these personal methods are implemented in this workout program. Give the program a chance and I can guarantee you will have good and challenging workouts.

My name is Suzanne Svanevik and I am a 26 year old girl from Norway. I am very passionate about strength training and general health. I became world known when TheWorldStarHip found my workout video “17-yars Old Girl Performing Movements Most Guys Can’t Do” which has now been seen by over 33 millions on YouTube. I did a lot of highly skilled movements which people had not seen being done by a girl at that time. I am running a gym called Bergen Performance Center with my family and have been doing so for 8 years now. I am responsible for the programming workouts and workout plans for our members. As a young girl I have always liked to challenge my body in different ways. Everything from strength training to gymnastics. I have a big fascination for what you can make your body do if you train it right. I started early in my childhood with gymnastics, before I came into CrossFit, powerlifting and later on weightlifting. My main goal for the last few years is to become as powerful and athletic as possible. Still improving in many fields and I just love the process of self development. As a main goal from now and further on I want to inspire, motivate and help other people reach their goals through Social Media and through the Playbook App. My programs and by following me you will be able to become a better and stronger person of yourself. I have a big belief that through a fun, challenging and social way of training you can perform more and reach your goals. I have just been blessed to become a mother of a sweet little girl named Vendela and through that process I have learned the importance of having a strong and healthy body. I therefore have a goal on helping other mothers who are going pregnant or just have had a baby get back into their routines and get back into shape. I know for sure that it can be a struggle, but with the right advice it can be done.
