    Hello! my name is Susan. Also known as SUEZLIFTS on insta! I started my fitness journey a couple years ago. At the beginning I strictly did cardio -mainly HIIT workouts, it wasn’t until I began weight lifting and building muscle that I started to see results that I wanted. I immediately fell in love with it and seeing my muscles grow was really life changing. I have always wanted to help people in their fitness journey who are getting started or have been going to the gym but don’t really understand how to get results. As your trainer I am dedicated to helping you in any way that I can so you can be confident in your own skin. In this program there is something for everyone, whether you work out at home or in the gym this is for you!! Let’s get started now!!

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines.
