Awesome!! Had me sweating heavily. I almost didn’t make it but powered through 🥵🥵! Can’t wait to redo it at the end of the 8 weeks

I really enjoyed the first day! I’ve been avoiding doing it because I struggle even walking up the stairs - I had to take a lot of breaks but I managed and it was fun but man was I sweating by the end!
