What are the goals of the program? The goal of this program is to get you moving for 20 min consistently and comfortably.
If you struggle walking up the stairs or for more than 5 min - we are gonna fix that and make movement more accessible.
How to schedule the program into a week? The goal is to create a workout habit. It will take no more than 20 min total so it’s best to pair it w an already existing habit like your morning coffee or brushing your teeth.
If you do your workout right after your morning coffee {or other habit} that coffee habit becomes a trigger for some movement every morning.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? This program is for the total beginner!

How to get the best outcome of the program? Best way to get the most out of the program is to create a habit so that you can continue to move well past the program.
I suggest taking some progress pics/videos and creating a 56 day check box list.
This way even if you miss a day you just continue on the next day until you complete all 56.
What do I need to participate in this program? Nothing!
Some comfy walking shoes are idea for the walking days but not necessary.
