To remove the resistance around moving daily. To help you see that movement can be quick and fun! To get you back on track!
How long are the workouts?
Anywhere from 15-45 min (but the longest is a feel good Yoga flow you can prob do in your Jammies!
What do I need to participate?
You just need a space that you can lay down in your home- the resistance band is optional for all the moves it’s featured in A positive attitude and dedication to the program
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
The workouts are designed for all levels The goal is to focus on the movement and move w intention. Make sure you read all the cues on the video and try and implement as many as you can during the move

We are building a movement habit so we are working out daily but that includes 2 yoga flows - one of them being only 10 min long

I have a very slow metabolism but after 4 weeks of the love the skin you’re in program I see results!!! You are incredible and thank you so much for helping me to finally move my body! Still hoping by December I’ll make my waistline a little smaller too.

YES I CAN! I neeeeeeeeded to see a tangible change the other day - I’ve been a bit tired. And guess what … I did see it.
