What are the goals of this program? To remove the resistance around moving daily.

How long are the workouts? Anywhere from 15-45 min (but the longest is a feel good Yoga flow you can prob do in your Jammies!
What do I need to participate? You just need a space that you can lay down in your home- the resistance band is optional for all the moves it’s featured in
A positive attitude and dedication to the program
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? The workouts are designed for all levels
The goal is to focus on the movement and move w intention.
Make sure you read all the cues on the video and try and implement as many as you can during the move
We are building a movement habit so we are working out daily but that includes 2 yoga flows - one of them being only 10 min long
