I'm super excited to share our new program with you! You can use your decorative kettlebell for this workout program or your regular one.
I hope you're looking at this program as an opportunity to stay on track with your wellness goals and get you in the habit of moving. That being said, give yourself grace if you miss a workout or two. Life happens! The good news is you can always hop back on schedule the next day!
This program was designed to get you moving with minimal equipment. You will only need one kettlebell for this 30-day program. All of the workouts should take approximately 20-35 minutes. Keep reading below for more information on this 30-day program.
The workouts in this program are founded on the concept of progressive overload. So what does that mean?
Progressive overload is the gradual increase in stress that you put on your body during training in order to increase strength and muscle mass.
This means that each week, we will be building the muscles we worked the week prior. We will work the same five routines, but we will be adding new progressions each week.
Each week you will have 3 foundational workouts lower body, upper body and full body. You will also have two bonus workouts available. The goal of this program is to develop a habit of movement that is realistic for your life. For a lot of us busy folks, three workouts a week is all that we can squeeze in. Just get those foundational workouts in if that's all you can do for the week!
