WEEK 1: The Week After Your Period | Strength Training | Pair of Dumbbells (I used a pair of 10lbs)
WEEK 2: Two Week After Your Period | Strength Training | Kettlebell (I used a 20lb)
WEEK 3: The Week Before Your Period | Barre | Pair of 2.5lb Dumbbells
WEEK 4: On Your Period | Yoga & Pilates Inspired | No equipment needed
