Welcome to your first 8 weeks inside the STRONG Fitness App! This program was built with the intention to introduce foundational strength training movements, build muscular endurance, and improve mobility using accessible tools and simple programming.
If you're looking for a fresh start for your fitness routine, this program is for you!
🔴 WEEKS 1–4: BUILD THE BASE
Focus: Movement quality, body awareness, and consistency
Each workout is designed to teach you how to engage the right muscles, move safely, and gain confidence. You'll start to see improvements in your posture, energy levels, and endurance.
🔴 WEEKS 5–8: ELEVATE THE FOUNDATION
Focus: Increase time under tension, complexity, and strength
You’ve built a solid base—now it’s time to level up. Expect to see more supersets, tempo training, and unilateral (single-sided) work to challenge your stability and endurance.
We will train smart, train consistently, and build the strength to take on anything. STRONG isn’t just how you look—it’s how you feel. Let’s go!
