- Hold the bar with your palms facing away from you
- Pull yourself up bringing your elbows to your ribs
- Pause at the top engaging your back 
- Lower slowly until you arms are fully extended

Wide grip pull-up

- Begin in a push up position with hands wide
- Lower body down to the ground
- Push through your arms to rise back up

Wide push up

- Start with a shoulder width stance
- Jump and land in a lunge stance
- With both knees bent at 90 degrees
- Jump up and switch your feet in mid air
- Lading soft and repeating back and forth for time or reps

Scissor Lunges

- Lean back to about 45 degrees and raise your legs off the floor
- Rotate weight from side to side

Weighted Russian twist

Giant Set

- Place your hands on the front edge of the bench just outside hips
- Move forward off the bench with arms extended and shoulders down 
- Bend at the elbows to lower your body
- Elbows should bend straight back 
- Extend your arms engaging your triceps back to starting position

Tricep Bench Dips

- Place one foot up onto the bench 
- Explode up and over the bench switching your feet
- Repeat back and forth

Lateral bench step overs

- Keep your elbows close to your body
- Curl the bar up towards your shoulders
- Engage your biceps as you curl
- Return to the initial position with a controlled movement

EZ-bar bicep curls

- Stand shoulder width apart
- Place your hands on the floor in front of you
- Hop your feet back, bringing your body into a plank
- Hop feet back in and stand up

Good mornings (Down ups)

- Begin in a push up position with arms extended further forward 
- Bend your elbows so that your forearms touch the ground
- Press into your hands to rise back up

Tricep Press
