What are the goals of this 8 week Challenge? * Weight loss & Fat loss

* Get lean and burn fat

* Increase Self Confidence
What do I need to participate? You need a gym membership that has standard workout equipment
if you are familiar with how to use resistance bands, this could be done at home.
Who can enter the 8 week challenge? Anyone.
The workouts are designed for all levels
Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form
Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
What’s the challenge schedule Workouts will be altered every two weeks.
Weight training will be 4 to 6 days per week, depending on what phase of the challenge we are in.
Weight training sessions will be anywhere from 1 to 1.5 hours.
Cardio suggestions will be available to you as I will tell you what the best form of cardio to do to get the best results.
Cardio sessions will be based on your availability and what type of work you are willing to put in to get Optimal Results.
Ab workouts will be supplied and are a part of weight training .
How will I get the best results? Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must)
Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get a custom nutrition plan by me from this site.
