This is the perfect time of year to jump into this challenge and transform your body for the next eight weeks.
Over eight weeks, you can make a lot happen.
You just have to ask yourself how bad do you want it.

The winner is determined by the most significant transformation over the eight-week challenge.
Before and after pics are a must.

What are the goals of this 8 week Challenge?

What do I need to participate?
You need a gym membership that has standard workout equipment
if you are familiar with how to use resistance bands, this could be done at home.
Who can enter the 8 week challenge?
Anyone.
The workouts are designed for all levels
Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form
Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
What’s the challenge schedule
Workouts will be altered every two weeks.
Weight training will be 4 to 6 days per week, depending on what phase of the challenge we are in.
Weight training sessions will be anywhere from 1 to 1.5 hours.
Cardio suggestions will be available to you as I will tell you what the best form of cardio to do to get the best results.
Cardio sessions will be based on your availability and what type of work you are willing to put in to get Optimal Results.
Ab workouts will be supplied and are a part of weight training .
How will I get the best results?
Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must)
Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get a custom nutrition plan by me from this site.

Drink at least a gallon of water daily.
Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recovery
