About the program

This training plan is for intermediate through the most advanced athletes, this is a very intense workout program that has you in the gym for 35 to 45 minutes only and it is a 5 day training plan which could be condensed to 4 if needed. This is for back to back moves with the only rest being taken is when you are changing machines. The rep range will vary from move to move. We go through the cycle 4 times, and as I mentioned, the time needed in the gym is very short unless you do cardio and abs after training. If you have difficulty completing 4 moves back to back, you can message me for details on how to make this work without supersetting the 4 movements. I think this is one of my best programs ever created for fat loss and weight loss, I created this back in 2011.. but have modified it recently with new movements.
