W7/D5 Level 3 Chest

This workout contains 3 sets of the core 3 exercises (pulsing, pulsing knuckle, Finger Tip). Complete 3 sets of each exercise! Each level is to be completed 5 days a week for 2 full weeks. Complete each level every other day for two weeks. Example : Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday. Start the next week on Tuesday. Basically rest one day and get back to it. Once you complete the chest program continue with the workouts to further increase chest training. Once the pushups get easier, add on a weight vest to help increase mass

Took me longer than 7 weeks but point is..I got it DONE!πŸ’ͺ🏽 Seeing that I never gave up and saw my progress each week motivated me to keep pushing through. My arms and chest are feeling amazing. Can’t wait for the next challenge and seeing the transformations. Thanks Tank! Too strong!
