One of the best chest workouts I’ve completed! Currently can do the 1-10 ladder going up but I’m toast after that and need breaks on the way down! 🔥 great workout! Still don’t know how you did the 1-10 back to 1 in 5 minutes! Haha stay strong! 👊🏼💨
