W5/D4 Level 3 Chest

This workout contains 3 sets of the core 3 exercises (pulsing, pulsing knuckle, Finger Tip). Complete 3 sets of each exercise! Each level is to be completed 5 days a week for 2 full weeks. Complete each level every other day for two weeks. Example : Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday. Start the next week on Tuesday. Basically rest one day and get back to it. Once you complete the chest program continue with the workouts to further increase chest training. Once the pushups get easier, add on a weight vest to help increase mass

Building it back up! Trying to get to the 1-10 pulse without any breaks! 1-10, 10-1 without any breaks will be tough, that’s the goal! Had to improvise with the finger push ups since I injured my thumb but got it done! βœ… πŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ’¨ - Sean
