This workout will work your core and upper body. If the pushups are too difficult to do then simply do them on your knees and thighs. Be sure to look slightly up when doing the pushups. Go down with your chest first.

Sweating like a champ. Love how you did the pushups with the burpees. I didn’t think about until after that I did 200 pushups! Would of never thought I could do that!
