Hey what’s up, this is Stefan! I‘m a model from Austria who fell in love with weight lifting and bodybuilding 10 years ago. When I started modeling I went to the gym more frequently to work on my physique. I was always going for a lean and shredded look, but at the same time I wanted to be strong and improve my power. I found that working out with certain plans provide me strength benefits, plus I get to burn lots of calories at the same time. I want to provide my knowledge and spread the great aspects of this sport, so that people get excited like me when going to the gym and so that they achieve great results!

Training Requirements

My home program can be done at home and all the equipment you will need is a towel, a pull up bar and maybe a mat. My gym programs and workouts use standard gym equipment like dumbbells, barbells and machines.
