I did 8 pull-ups and 8 knee raises each minute and I think I messed up and it was supposed to be 8 pull-ups one minute and knee raises the other. 😂😅

I would still love some weight recommendations! I know everyone is different but would be great if y’all published what you are using and then people can scale as necessary.

Still working on not modifying my push ups and burpees. Just can’t seem to fully do them without slowing down by 30 mins😅. Feeling stronger!
