Had to do 8 rounds. Recovering from what I thought was just common cold but turns out it was Covid. Lungs are burning and it feels good to actuallyyyy get back to it ๐Ÿฅน

Great workout to get the heart pumping. I was on a treadmill so did 200s instead since it would take about 100m just to get to sprint speed.

I changed this up a bit. Iโ€™ve been training for my next race so I decided to do the workout minus the running and then do some fartleks after. I did 5 rounds of 10 burpees, 16 kb swings, and 20 leg raises instead (which equals to the same amount of reps) and oh my goodness that was great! I havenโ€™t even started my running yet and Iโ€™m already covered in sweat. ๐Ÿ˜…Thank you Stef and Mak!
