Short, Detailed, Personalizable. Absolutely loved the ability to slow down if needed on certain moves to do it right. The workouts were easy to follow, especially with the quick move guide videos added in. After doing the 5 days (3) separate times I can honestly say | love them all but my favorite would have to be Glutes, Shoulders and Core day! Also the first leg day session I wanted to come back to in the last 5 years of working out.

About Stacy Johnson

Certified Personal Trainer

Hi! I'm Stacy! I'm a mom of 3, a certified personal trainer, and a registered nurse. After having babies, I found it increasingly difficult to stay consistent with a fitness routine. I had to get creative with at-home workouts and needed something that was quick, yet effective, to fit my life as a busy mom. I soon realized that my workouts GIVE me the energy to keep up with my kids. Now, I'm here to help you build strength, from the inside out.

I'm a beginner, is this app for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I will help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, I'll walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions, including modifications! This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! I have a lot of workouts that require no equipment. Majority of my workouts require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat). There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
