What dumbbell weights do you recommend?
Ideally, you'll want a light set, a medium set & a heavy set. However, if you have only one set you can make it work. If you have to choose, go with a lighter set so that you can do all of the movements. Example: if you only own a set of 50lb DBs, you probably wouldn't be able to do something like tricep kickbacks, so keep this in mind. Different exercises will require different level weights.
What is the weekly workout split?
Day 1: Lower body Day 2: Upper Body Day 3: HIIT & Core Day 4: Full Body
How long are the workouts?
30 minutes! Quick, intense & effective.
Is it okay if I skip a workout or do only 3?
Yes! You can always pick up where you left off, the split I provide is just an example of how you can follow the program. You can switch it up depending on your needs and still see results!
