Inspired by a workout that a friend of mine put together, this shoulder day EMOM was made to challenge, strengthen, & stabilize your shoulders. DB & Weight Plate needed. I recommend choosing a moderately challenging weight for each exercise so you can complete all the reps for this one & still get a solid effort workout in.
