Guys! We are real people running a family owned brick and mortar with two kids (who are in travel sports and don't drive yet😰) so we KNOW the struggle of making yourself a priority... I'm 40 years old and have ONLY been doing this style of training with my husband and our methods work! We don't believe working out should be overcomplicated with 1000 different exercises! This 12 week program is written to be extremely efficient so you're not wasting hours in the gym and getting no where 💪We strongly believe in the progressive overload method where every week you track your weight and increase that weight (or reps) for the next 4 weeks..this ensures your muscles are constantly being challenged and can grow to help make your body a fat burning machine!!
