Workout was great. I had to adjust a little but because I was unaware I would need a bar to do this or a bench. I would say to improve I would make workouts you can do at home with less equipment. ❤️

Feeling amazing but also a bit weak after this one. I had to lower the sets on both super sets but also couldn’t do the correct form with the weight I have at home so off to the store to get some lower weights for next week. I just have to remind myself I can’t do heavy weight like I used to when I’m just back at this after quite a few months 😅
