My name is Sophia Cepero and my biggest passion is fitness. In high school I was very insecure about the way I looked and felt weak. I knew I wanted to change that so I began lifting weights. Overtime I got stronger, became more confident, happier, healthier, and most importantly felt comfortable in my skin. Fitness became the love of my life. Just like many other people I didn’t know what I was capable of until I started pushing my limits. Everyday I walk into the gym and it’s me vs. me. Everyday I live up to my full potential.
