About Sophia Cepero

My name is Sophia Cepero and my biggest passion is fitness. In high school I was very insecure about the way I looked and felt weak. I knew I wanted to change that so I began lifting weights. Overtime I got stronger, became more confident, happier, healthier, and most importantly felt comfortable in my skin. Fitness became the love of my life. Just like many other people I didn’t know what I was capable of until I started pushing my limits. Everyday I walk into the gym and it’s me vs. me. Everyday I live up to my full potential. Everyday I take care of my health. It’s my goal to help others to do the same: live a healthy lifestyle and reach their full potential. If you’re reading this now I want you to know that you are capable of so much more than you think. I want to help you unlock your full potential and reach your fitness goals. On my app I will be sharing my current workout program, a glute focused program, a guide to getting your first pull up, and workouts for beginners. As your coach I will increase not only your physical strength but also your mental strength. You don’t need any prior lifting experience in order to join my app. Commit to training with me for a month and unlock your full potential. You won’t regret it.
