About Sophia Cepero

My name is Sophia Cepero and my biggest passion is fitness. In high school I was very insecure about the way I looked and felt weak. I knew I wanted to change that so I began lifting weights. Overtime I got stronger, became more confident, happier, healthier, and most importantly felt comfortable in my skin. Fitness became the love of my life. Just like many other people I didn’t know what I was capable of until I started pushing my limits. Everyday I walk into the gym and it’s me vs. me. Everyday I live up to my full potential. Everyday I take care of my health. It’s my goal to help others to do the same: live a healthy lifestyle and reach their full potential. If you’re reading this now I want you to know that you are capable of so much more than you think. I want to help you unlock your full potential and reach your fitness goals. On my app I will be sharing my current workout program, a glute focused program, a guide to getting your first pull up, and workouts for beginners. As your coach I will increase not only your physical strength but also your mental strength.
