I’m an ISSA Elite Trainer, Precision Nutrition 1 Nutritionist, Bodybuilding Specialist, ISSA Certified Specialist in Nutrition & Kettlebell Certified. When it comes to training, I like to mix different styles so that I’m a well rounded athlete. My brand is Everyday Is Leg Day so I do train lower body more frequently. I’ll incorporate bodybuilding, cross training, functional training & kettlebell workouts into my programs.

Goals

My programs would be considered high volume meaning a lot of sets & reps. There will be a mix of bodybuilding, cross training, HIIT, Functional Training as well as Strength & Conditioning. Mixing these styles of training together, you will drop body fat, gain muscle & strength, improve your mobility which in turn will help you move better, feel better & be injury free.

Training Requirements

My workouts will require a gym. You’ll need access to squat racks, free weights, machines, cardio machines & kettlebells.
