What do I need to participate in this program?
At minimum you will need a set of dumbbells. Multiple weights/sets is encouraged depending on the movement! There are SOME workouts that include:
⚡️a box for step ups/box jumps
However, if you do not have access to any of the above, Bodyweight modifications are specified!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
This program can be done by all levels! There are scaling and progressive movements listed, and video demonstrations for each workout. Every workout style will also have an explanation so you never feel lost!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
