At 300lbs and 5’2, I knew it was time for a change, and I’ve been documenting every step of my transformation on Instagram since day one. * The workouts are designed for complete beginners * Beginners: only bodyweight, slow controlled movements that are low impact * If you feel you are a bit more advanced, this may not be the program for you
What’s the schedule?
* Home training 5 times per week * 2 days of active rest: When you rest from lifting, you should still remain active. Take a brisk walk and stretch
How will I get the best results?
* Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) * Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists mostly of wholesome, natural ingredients * Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily * Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover * Ice cold showers in the morning and after workouts are highly recommended
