This Intermediate Home Strength Program is designed for those who have moved beyond the super-beginner stage and are ready to take their fitness to the next level. If you completed our Two-Week Try-It Challenge or already have some experience with bodyweight workouts, this program is for you!
In this 5-day-a-week program (45-60 min per session), you’ll push your limits with more challenging movements to build strength, endurance, and muscle definition—all without any equipment. Whether your goal is to get stronger, shred some pounds, or prep for future weight training, this program will help you develop a solid foundation.
