Hey! I'm Sierra Flint, a mother of two and a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach! I’ve been to both ends of the spectrum, underweight, focusing on too much cardio and too little food and constantly anxious to the other side where I gained almost 70 pounds with each pregnancy.
Not only have I been studying and applying fitness and nutrition to clients for almost a decade but I've also lived through and experienced what it takes to get the results.
