About Sierra Fit

Hey there! I’m Sierra Flint, a mother of two and a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach as well as a group fitness instructor. I’ve been studying fitness and wellness for almost 10 years. As a young teenager I struggled with severe anxiety & panic attacks. Getting involved in fitness and improving my nutrition is what has (and still does) helped me most to heal and cope. Those times are what sparked my passion for helping others learn simple, sustainable practices to improve their quality of life.

No you do not! This program can be done in the comfort of your home or at the gym. Wherever you have some dumbbells, you can do this program!
