Welcome to Build weekly! This isn't a one and done program. This is designed for those looking to have their daily training laid out for them every week so they can just show up, lift and get results!
This is my exact training regime. A 4 day split focused on strength, muscle growth and fat burn.
It works in monthly blocks. So the exercises we do will be performed for 4 weeks with reps, sets & intensity changed weekly to maximize strength gains.
Workouts are all 60 minutes or less.

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
