Welcome to Build at home weekly! This isn't a one and done program. This is designed for those looking to have their daily training laid out for them every week so they can just show up, lift and get results from the comfort of your home. Alls you need are dumbbells, bands and a chair or box! It works in monthly blocks. So the exercises we do will be performed for 4 weeks with reps, sets & intensity changed weekly to maximize strength gains. Workouts are all 40 minutes or less. It's a 5 day split based on upper body/lower body/full body. Stick to this program and you will see massive results! Let's get started

Hey! I'm Sierra Flint, a mother of two and a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach! I’ve been to both ends of the spectrum, underweight, focusing on too much cardio and too little food and constantly anxious to the other side where I gained almost 70 pounds with each pregnancy. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
