Hey there! I’m Sierra, a 24-year-old former competitive dancer and cheerleader turned strength training coach. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, but for a long time, I felt like I was stuck in a cycle of frustration.
After heading off to college, I took a break from everything to embark on a year-long service mission. That experience changed me in so many ways—I grew as a person, gained perspective, and learned the joy of helping others. But when I returned, I felt disconnected from my body. No matter how many hours I logged on the treadmill or stairmaster, I wasn’t seeing results. I felt lost, like I was working so hard but getting nowhere.
That all changed when my little brother introduced me to strength training. We started working out together almost every day, and for the first time, I saw real changes. I was losing fat, getting toned, and, most importantly, feeling strong. I had never felt so confident in my own skin.
I became obsessed—in the best way. I knew I wanted to help other women experience this same transformation, so I got certified as a personal trainer and started coaching. Now, I help women just like me—women who want to feel strong, empowered, and comfortable in their bodies.
I believe strength training isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about building confidence from the inside out. My goal is to take the guesswork out of fitness and give you the tools you need to achieve your dream body without spending hours on cardio machines.
