How to get the best outcome of the program?
Don’t try to finish all the sets if you can’t. Take more time in between if need to. If you can only do 3 sets, only do 3 sets. Work your way up.
How to schedule the program into a week?
This can be done at home or at a gym. So if you get off work and want a workout but don’t want to go out. This is a good one to do at home
What do I need to participate in this program?
You just need your body. Or if you want to challenge yourself more, use a resistance band for the squats and weights
