    About Shelby Schaner

    Hi, I’m Coach Shelby. I am a proud mama and wife! I am originally from Illinois but currently live in Arizona. I have been on my own fitness journey since I was in college where I played softball for 4 years and received a bachelor’s degree in nutrition. While playing softball I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and had elbow surgery from a softball injury during a game. Through learning about my Hashimoto’s and having to go through physical therapy to recover I fell in love with how movement, exercise, and food healed the body. My most recent transformation is dropping over 40 pounds after having my daughter. I had an emergency c-section and also got into a car accident at 6 weeks postpartum totally in my car. I didn’t end up starting my journey back into fitness until I was 3 months PP. I had a lot of struggle and trials but I never let any of that control me. I know how hard it can be to step into your best self after having a baby with everything thrown your way. But it is possible and I am more in love with my body more now than ever Coach Shelby’s Certifications, Education, & Experience: pre and post natal fitness specialist, NASM personal trainer certification, Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Health, & Neuro-functional stretching certification.
