Frequently asked questions

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! We have a mix of workouts for everyone. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
What if I don't know how to workout with my cycle/moon?
It's all good! Jasmine has a quick intro video that will teach you the basics so you can get running with this methodology ASAP. Plus each workout is created so all you need to know is the date of your last period.
I'm a beginner, is this for me?
If you're just jumping into the fitness space or if you took a little hiatus, it's all good! We created our signature program - The 4 Week Hormone Revive Reset for this exact reason. EVERYONE starts here. Even those of us who have been training for years need to go back through the basics every few months. Our programs were built with you in mind & everything has a modification.
Are there new programs that drop?
HELL YESSS! Every quarter we drop a new program because each program is 8 weeks long & after each new program we have you go back through the 4 Week Reset before starting the new program!
Is there support? What if I have questions?
We have a community platform within the app where you can connect with others & share your wins. As for if you have questions you can post in there or email us. Plus we love to do surprise, fun coaching within the group based on themes we're seeing.
