Unbreakable Fit is my personal 6-week progressive strength program—the same one I use when I’m not in full Ironman mode—to stay sculpted, strong, and ready for anything. It’s designed to help you lose fat, build lean muscle, and feel damn good doing it. Whether you’re just getting started, deep in your endurance era, or somewhere in between—this program meets you where you are and turns up the heat. You’ll train 4–5 days a week with workouts that flow with intention and intensity—built around the basics: dumbbells, bands, your body, and minimal machines—so you can crush it at home or in the gym without needing a full weight room. Over 6 weeks, you'll train smart, move strong, and push past your limits. Expect strength. Expect tone. Expect compliments.

Plus, trainers walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
