Hi, my name is SharinaRenay I’m a certified personal trainer, fitness coach, and nutritionist. I’m also CPR & AED licensed through ISSA. I love working out. Just the thought of fitness brings peace to my mind. I do it because I genuinely love pushing myself, getting out of my comfort zone, and feeling of being energized. Fitness, to me, is hard work staying tenacious toward your long-short-term goals. Individuals in this world may not know that exercising is something that you can do to relieve stress. I don’t work out to impress others or get a bigger gluteus, aka bottom, hourglass figure, etc. All of these things benefit from exercising and taking care of your temple.
