Hey there! Thank you for stopping by, let me introduce myself. My name is Rayah (Ray-uh) Houston. Im an IFBB Wellness Pro and also a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. Ive been working out since 2014, became a personal trainer in 2019 and started bodybuilding in 2020. Throughout the years i've had the opportunity to be trained and coached by some of the best people. I've been influenced, not only to change my lifestyle but to help others achieve theirs as well. Im thankful enough to have built an in person community of women who support and uplift each-other every week to be better. I want to continue to spread my community amongst other women who aren't located in Atlanta. We can get results anywhere, and ill be right by your side to help you get there.
